Jeremy was able to get me in right away. They did a comprehensive check on the car free of charge. Fixed what I needed to be fixed swiftly and even had a shuttle so I didn't have to wait there. All around, very impressed so far. Prices seemed decent. And they even have some financing to offer so I could get more essentials fixed. The customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. If you’re someone who knows nothing about cars and feels like other auto centers take advantage of you - this place is great at building trust and breaking things down for you in a way you can understand.

I needed an oil change but have been struggling with my brakes since getting my car 5 years ago. I’ve had brakes replaced 3 times!! Each time costing an arm and a leg. I was still noticing issues and told them about it and they assured me how insane it is to have my brakes replaced that many times 😂 but that they’d check them out.

They did a thorough walk-through and sent me a complete health report WITH PICTURES! On what needed to be done.

The technician (Jake) went through the what was a true safety concern (needed immediate attention) and what we should keep an eye on. Turns out my brakes weren’t installed 100% properly at the last place, but that it wasn’t a safety concern if I could deal with the issues I was experiencing.

I really felt heard and respected here and like I finally found a place that has my best interest.

This is my go-to place for life!

First time taking my vehicle to Campanella’s auto in pike creek. I don’t take my vehicle into the shop very often until it’s something I cannot handle myself and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had with a shop after having trust issues for years after being ripped off in the past elsewhere.

The communication and customer service here was phenomenal, they answered any and all questions I had, and were extremely pleasant even after turning down having some of the things they found wrong repaired.

I wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my vehicles back there or to recommend anyone to go there in a heartbeat.

I came in with a leaking tire and was promptly seen and they had ordered a tire and had it installed before lunch time. Brady was great to work with. Nice service and very fast, what I usually get when I go to Paul’s. Highly recommend.

Unlike some mechanic shops, the guys here are awesome, and spoke pleasant on the phone..didn't make me feel like I was a bother & they did better than match a price from another shop, they beat it ! They offered to get us wherever we had to go once we dropped my son's car off, had his car fixed fast and drove it to our home because I was unable to pick it up when it was ready due to my son getting sick. This shop went above & beyond !
I will recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a new mechanic !

They provide consistent, transparent breakdowns of everything recommended for your vehicle, and are more than happy to explain needed services in detail.
