My experience at Fred Drake was very positive. The staff provides great customer service and easy to communicate with. Charlie in the body shop is very attentive and extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable with the transaction and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female. I would recommend Fred Drake to anyone in need of service and wants quality work.

Easy after hours drop off. Well lit area. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was contacted when the work was complete. Good customer service through out the process. Very friendly staff. Fair prices.

Took my car back for other repairs early in March. Work was done beautifully and on time. Jeff took time to explain repairs and costs. He did a great job helping me keep the costs down as much as possible. I think I have my new repair shop since it is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment at my old dealership. This was my first trip to Fred Drake Automotive. I was very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of everyone I spoke to right from the lady who checked me in and got me set up in their system. From my seat in the waiting area I could hear some of the service writers’ conversations with customers and they treated them with the same courtesy and respect. I had the opportunity to speak to the shop foreman about my vehicle and he took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Will not hesitate to go there again. As a matter of fact, my daughter has already scheduled her car in for service later this week.

Amazing mechanic in the MOT area!! I have taken my car in twice, and both times they’ve been able to figure out what’s going on and get back to me fairly quick. The staff is super sweet and attentive. Kevin especially was very helpful; he sent me updates while my car was worked on and he answered all my questions on the text line. Highly recommend this place!

A family owned business, that treated me and my family like family ! If you have any car issues and are looking for amazing customer service as well as a mechanic/automotive place you can trust, this is the place. The receptionist Ms Sandi as well as Mr. Kevin, Mr. Fred Drake, his son Kyle Drake and the mechanics I interacted with were all amazing, professional and understanding. Fred Drake Automotive is trustworthy,
reasonable and just a good all around company to due business with.
We are new to the neighborhood and it is a pleasure to be down the street from our extended family at Fred Drake Automotive!!

I gave Fred Drake Automotive 5 stars' which is well deserved, they honored their warranty on service issues with vehicle power steering pump and belt. During the time vehicle was in service, they took care of extending options for use of their loaner vehicle, which really helped while mine was in service. If you are considering repairs and the people of Fred Drake Automotive, my personal recommendation is thumbs up.
