LNP has done a lot of work for me over the past 6 years, ranging from hot water heater installation to emergency repairs of frozen pipes. They are responsive and do good work. Recently installed an outdoor spigot. Their quoted price was lower than others and they stuck with it despite the unanticipated difficulty; and came up with some helpful solutions. Highly recommend.

During the Memorial Day weekend my neighbor's shower handle broke, He was renting his place for the holiday weekend, when the people that were renting from him called him about the faucet, he called ME., I called Long Neck Plumbing, and the lady stated they COULD come out and fix the faucet. As busy as it was on the roads, Long Neck Plumbing still got the job done, everyone was happy.

I called for an appointment. An older female said she would call me right back. A lie. Never called back at all. Then I read their awful reviews. Rated only 2 out of 5 stars. I am surprised long neck plumbing is not out of business. People need to read these reviews and go elsewhere

2 morning appointments turned into 2 evening appointments. Charged $600 for a new garbage disposal that took less than 1 hr to install was excessive

Beware!!! The two guys that came to do the job walked off with two of our tools that we had in the garage. It has been one excuse after the other and now its has been two weeks and still no tools returned. Called the owner and he blew us off he did not care that his employees took our tools while on the job for him. I guess we should have called the State Police as soon as we noticed the tools missing but we were giving them the benefit of a doubt to make it right and return the tools. State Police has been called now.

Three years ago they took out a clogged drain pipe under the house, left then had their mother call me with a ridiculous price to come back and fix it! I had too due to time constraints. Last week the plastic pipe separated at a coupler. Turned out it was held together with silicone Glue, they are crooks.
