Satisfied with neat/cleanliness of the place and appreciated being able to observe the car maintenance services on a monitor.
But a “free” EXTERNAL only car wash was done. The car was returned still dirty with some kind of resisting finish applied which left the car wet. This after effect tainted the whole experience! The car wash is appreciated and considering the expense of the services, should be included as a well done courtesy!
