Look no further. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I walked in unsure about which model to purchase. David was very knowledgeable and thorough while educating me about my options. I ended up with the perfect vehicle for me (x2) and got a fair deal on my trade in. The transaction process was stress free and all of the staff were pleasant. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommended this dealership. I LOVE my new car.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with BMW of Milford, DE, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The employees displayed a blatantly negative attitude toward customers, making it clear they have no regard for professionalism or respect. After they conducted a wheel repair, they refused to share any information with me regarding the work done, leaving me in the dark about the details.

To make matters worse, less than a year later, the wheels are already peeling and chipping. This is clearly a sign of poor quality work, and I am deeply disappointed. But the worst part? BMW of Milford seems to have taken advantage of their aftersales warranty to conduct unnecessary repairs that were not required—likely to profit off of me. This feels like outright fraud, as they were only concerned with their own financial gain, rather than ensuring proper and honest service.

I would not recommend BMW of Milford to anyone. The lack of transparency, disrespectful staff, and questionable practices make it a dealership to avoid at all costs.

Paul and IG Burton team did an Excellant service job on our BMW X5.They where very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from day one, when we bought it in 2016. With their great maintenence and care, my car still looks and rides as good as it did when we first purchased it.

“Angie” in the service department was very accommodating and helpful. However, I.G. Burton refused to allow my Factory Warranty on a Climate Control item , claiming that “soda or something” was the reason why there was corrosion in the wiring harness under the passenger seat . Clearly , pin enclosure is /was sealed and there WAS a reason why the contacts showed corrosion , but moisture couldn’t have entered that area. Ridiculous. I have only had the car for 4 months and NO SPILLS have occurred at all. The seat heater does not work and apparently the harness contacts aren’t operating . New pins ? Wires maybe ? But their diagnosis for what CAUSED the corrosion is WAY OFF. I will be taking my business elsewhere .

My experience at I.G. Burton was excellent. Angie was awesome. Did not feel pressured at all. She explained everything with detail and said they should finish my service in 2 hours or less. And it was. I liked the video showing me what areas were good and areas that will beee to be addressed. I will be bs k for the next service. Extremely satisfied!
