Just wanted to take a moment and thank the staff at franks. They took really good care of me and my Lexus. After getting work done they were able to pick me up at my house to get my GX back. Bought tires from pep boys southington, in November and they pretty much took me for what I got. Yes I got cheap tires but I also got horrible service! Charged me for an alignment that either they didn’t do altogether or they did but broke stuff along they way. They also wanted to charge me $100 to replace a lug nut that they broke. Makes sense right.. Eitherrrrr wayyyy my alignment was pulling and the lug nuts were so tight that I had to go back to get them loosened.
Couple months later, I’m having tire rods and axle issues. And alignment was so bad, no one believed me when I said I got it done in November.
I WISH I FOUND QUIET ZONE SOONER. Not only do they seem to actually care, they did an amazing job!! Offered to pick me up and drop me off. Although I didn’t mind walking, I live really close. They explained every detail of what was wrong. How things work, different reasons why things could have broken. All the details. And when they needed to keep the car longer because of a stubborn part wouldn’t budge, they notified me right away and they didn’t change me crazy extra labor. I’m so grateful for that… they didn’t pressure me into getting extra work done. And was very reasonable with pricing.

They warranty their breaks too so I’m going back and whenever I need ANYthing I know where to go. My car literally feels new again. Thank you Jared, for being so kind and for the amazing service.

I would check your paperwork these guys are the biggest ripoff artist's. They will smile in your face and take your money. I caught them twice they changed my serpentine belt when I showed them my receipt for a new one which was changed 3 months prior they said oh well we will give you a free oil change for the error. I would stay away from these ripoff artist's

Frank and his team were friendly and helpful to resolve an ongoing check engine notification due to a couple of emissions issues on my 2010 RAV4. I reviewed with them the things I had tried and they were able to find the issues that triggered the light. They provided detailed troubleshooting steps and the required parts needed.
