Our previous HVAC was bought out by F.H.Furr; we continued with our annual maintenance contract with F.H.Furr. However their maintenance contract consists of going to the property and then reporting on what is wrong; no maintenance is conducted for your "membership" price. In addition, you are no longer speaking to a local company; the process to schedule is unorganized; they send techs to the wrong address; accurate communication is not related to techs- such as: call when at the property or you must have a key to enter. The process leaves you with no confidence with the company. Emails were sent with no reply. Phone calls are useless because you are talking with someone in VA. It took several transfers to get my call to the correct location of where our key was at. Informed them we were coming to pick it up....no response from the person on the line. Went to pick up the key; took three people to find it; no one ever checked for ID to make sure the owner was taking the key...and never asked any questions.

Our account from Miller was given to this company. Friday out ac didn’t airline. Company couldn’t come out until Monday, which is a standard business day. The gentleman checked our AC which isn’t working after only having for 2 yrs (2021). I was told Freon was empty. Then told it would cost 715 to do a diagnostic test to find a leak. I was told this is not covered under my warranty. Icing on the cake is I was charged 200 dollars for him to come on a Monday and tell me I need to pay 715 for another test. Nothing was fixed or resolved. Why would a diagnostic test not be a part of a warranty? Not only would I not recommend this company, but moving forward I’ll be using another company for repair and maintenance

I am so upset with this company. The plumbers came to my new house that was a nightmare and they were saying how much work it would be and I understood but they also knew that I would be working with a lawyer and homeowners and they said that they would send me the invoice with all the pictures and videos for my case. My ceiling collapsed the next day from a leak and I had to clean it up but knowing that they had all those before pics I didn't take any. They never submitted the invoice and when called was told that they didn't want to do the job. I explained I understood but I would still need the information for my case that they said for sure would be a win and they said that they would call them and have it sent over and they never sent anything. I don't understand why they couldn't just do that. Same day had thier ac guy come out again 200 dollars to show up and I showed him the central unit and the split and he did the central but just for him to look at the split and tell me what's wrong and that it's not fixed as per contract for the house he wanted to charge me another visit cost. Like he didn't even want to write on the report that the central had no filter as part of again the seller agreement. Very upset

I'm never using these people again. They said they ordered a part over three months ago and never got back to me. They charged me hundreds of dollars just to show up and look at my AC unit. They say my parts are on warranty but want to charge me hundreds of more dollars. It sounds like they are charging me due to fact that my parts are free on warranty for 10 yrs. What a freaking joke.
