Ed’s Car Care came through in a pinch! January 7, one week out from my daughter having to go back to Norfolk, she blew the clutch out on her jeep. They were able to come pick it up the next day. Get the parts in and put it back together. We got it back on the 16th and they did a great job fixing the mess up. Thank you.

If you're looking for a mechanic near Seaford Delaware, do not use Ed's Auto repair.... I repeat, do not use Ed's Auto repair (on airport road)

4 weeks that they have had my car which was dropped off with a proper diagnosis already . We are now into week 4 and when I called to pick my car up today they forgot that they even talked to me last week. The secretary is more worried about getting her words out and talking over you than even listening to what a paying customer has to say. At this point my car is being held hostage, I have tried to come get it multiple times whether the job has been completed or not because no work is being done.

The worst customer service and extreme lack of any urgency. In 4 weeks I have had to call for every single update and none of their stories match up.

I can't speak for Ed as a person because I have had a singular conversation with him the morning I decided to drop my car off there... The woman in the office needs to retire.

My daughter is a single mom and brought her car to this place to be fixed. They told her it needed a tpim and it would be 1500.00. They ordered the part and over 4 weeks later they finally said it was fixed. It's not fixed, she took it to the dodge dealership and had to lay out another 400.00 to find out that the car is unfixable. 1900.00 for a single mother to lay out especially at Christmas time is very hard. Now she also has to figure out how to get another car. All that wasted repair money could have done that.She works 2 jobs just to keep her head above water. If they didn't know what they were doing or what was wrong they should not have taken her money. I'm an researching how to recoup some if not all of her money. Hopefully they will have a conscience and reach out to her before I have to go further.

I was quoted $750 to replace my left rear ABS sensor on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. That's $450 for the sensor and $300 for labor to install it. I said thanks but no thanks. They charged me $125 for diagnostic after I told them exactly what I wanted and needed before they looked at it. I found the exact part I needed on Amazon for $14.99. Another mechanic installed it in 20 minutes for $75.
That was my experience at Ed's.
