Our experience getting advice and product from them for our landscape lighting was a mess. The person we met while in the showroom claimed they provide lighting design advice. Not the case, the advice we got was "that will work fine."
Then when it came time to order the fixtures and bulbs, she ordered the fixtures, posts (which were already installed in our yard.) and no bulbs. I'd specifically asked for 1 spot and 1 flood so I could decide which was the right effect (because their lighting design advice was "it depends what you like"). She ordered none. An did not mention that the walkway fixtures need bulbs ordered separately.
So our electrician had to go get all the bulbs. And we have pieces we don't need, and they are not returnable.
If you decide to order anything from them, ask for a photo of each item to be attached to your order. Then don't sign off on the order until your electrician verifies the right pieces are included.
