BE CAREFUL with MANUEL and your CREDIT CARD!! The first time I used the services of this company, it went well, Victor is an excellent electrician. However, a couple of weeks ago, I requested Victor's services again for a second similar work at our home. Victor did great job but unfortunately, the way that Manuel handled the coordination and payment was very dishonest and disappointed. We do not know Manuel's position in this company, but we were contacted by Manuel to coordinate the electrician's visit and received our payment from our credit card info over the phone. Manuel sent us an invoice for this new similar job but with higher prices. We contacted Manuel and he made the excuse that the reason for the price increase is because our house is made of concrete. However, they already had this information on record because the first time the electrician came to our house month ago, before doing the first job, he personally evaluated the house to make the first estimate. That is, they already had it in records that the house is made of concrete. Si we received a new version of the invoice with a "discount" to match the estimate of the first job but as Manuel charged 2 times to our credit card (additionally of the first deposit) one charge for a more amount that what the invoice showed and second amount for the correct amount. I contacted Manuel several times and got his text messages saying that we would receive the charge back. At the beginning he excused himself saying that he has been working in this company for many years and everyone knows his honesty. We waited more than 1 week for the charge back, but Manuel stopped replying our messages so we had to contact our credit card company to take care of this. 4 days ago (after 2 weeks this happened), we received a new email from a lady, Carolina - dispatch of this company, informing that we will receive a credit. Due to the dishonesty of Manuel, we had to change our credit card, report this company and search for another company. We will more careful next time. From our point of view, Manuel thought that we would not check our credit card statement since he knew that we would give birth to our newborn on that week and Manuel took advantage of this.

I had an electrical failure in my kitchen early one morning and didn't know who to call for quick service so went to the internet to look for help. I was impressed by the website I saw for Wiremasters so I called their phone number and received a helpful and courteous response. I was given an appointment and the technician, Larry, arrived that afternoon. He fixed the problem in about an hour's time. The service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely use Wiremasters again if another electrical problem arises in my household and I need fast service, good service, and service at a fair price.

I've been using Wiremasters for a few years now and I am always happy with the work they perform. Everything is always done correctly and according to plan. They show up on time and all of their electricians are very qualify to do any kind of job. The phone is always answered in a courteous and professional manner. The owner of the company Kent, is always available to talk to. It's all in the name "Wiremasters" it says it all. There is no other company like it in Miami.

I have been using Wiremasters for my all electrical issues since i moved into my home 5 years ago. They've installed my security camera's, installed new lights and flood lights around my home, switched and upgraded my dimmer switches. I had a flood light that stopped working and they came and repaired it and still didnt work and they sent out a technician within a couple days. Today we had the pleasure of having Robert as a technician. Very nice and professional. We were very happy once again with wiremasters and their great team of technicians! and our light works!!! 😁

Wiremasters Electric has been the first electrical contractors I had a pleasure working with. Most Miami contractors have a lot to learn when it comes to the quality of work, customer service and proper pricing. The electricians are well educated in their field, polite and on time! The pricing is clear and fair.

I had to increase power supply to a partition of my house and the technician figured out a very quick and easy way to do it, but still fully within the highest electrical guidelines.

I've even had the pleasure to interact with their Solar division - Mr. Solar. Even though I did not have any work done yet, the communication around the estimate and the way the project was presented to me was outstanding.

I will definitely be hiring them, and only them, for any of my electric needs. And they work well over email! and text! and take CC payments with cell phone 😛

Wish I had better things to say. I have worked with many electricians in Miami and they are by far the worst. I had an issue which I was quoted 500 to fix. I paid and the issue came back. I was told it would be another 700 from their estimator. (It’s commercial). I was told that would correct but our issue persisted (too much amperage from our 110v outlets). I called back and said I wouldn’t pay the 700 dollar bill until our issues was addressed as I wasn’t going to pay 1200 unless it was solved (breakers tripping on outlets). They said they were going to send an estimator out that claimed it would be an additional 6,000 dollars! But......they would credit the 700 they already billed. Asked the owner to call me and he never did. Honestly sad how bad this company is run.

The job consisted of installing new ceiling lights throughout my 2 bedroom condo. When finally finished, I was satisfied with the job, but it took longer than I thought it would due to delays in the electrician returning to finish the job. Three days of work took about three weeks to finish. Further, the electrician did not repair all of the holes in my walls and ceiling that he created. I had to spend another $2000 having a general contractor come to make these repairs.
