Highly recommend using Winsupply in Manchester for all things plumbing and related. I can't say enough about Melissa and how helpful she was in selecting the perfect fixtures for our master bathroom project. Very rude customer service. Wouldn't answer any questions and had no knowledge of water pumps which I brought with me for a small replacement part. Service rep didn't even want to look at the pump and told me to go to a hardware store or Home Depot. He either couldn't be bothered to help or hard zero knowledge of water pumps. But also felt ignored because I'm not a licensed male plumber.

Very poor customer service to non contractors. Went there to pick up Symmons shower valve seat and stem, got the parts. Removed old parts with T-35A/T35B tools, the new seats TA-4 require HEX Tools to install. Went back to Winsupply, waited my turn, "Brendon" was helping a customer, finished the customers order and asked me, could I help you? I stated I needed a HEX tool to install the valve seats that I purchased yesterday, Brendon stated he would be right back, he had to help the customer he was just working with. Another parts person asked who was next? I asked could you help me? The parts person stated you were talking to Brendon, so he took the customer behind me. four customers later, "Brendon" show up and asked who's next? I could you you help me, these valve seats I purchased require a HEX tool (these are the new TA-4 valve seats for the Symmons shower valve) Brendon was trying to press the square symmons tool into the valve seat, I stated it won't fit and showed the instruction to Brendon that showed it t needed a HEX style tool. Brendon went look for the tool, couldn't find one. Another parts person was able to find an old style TA-4 that worked with the square Symmons tool. wonder how many "Pro-Plumbers don't have the new HEX tool for the Symmons Valve. Very disappointed in Manchester Winsupply considering I purchased a lot of the parts from them when I replaced all my plumbing in my home.

Not the place for home owners, they are lean and mean. They will go as far as to tell you they don't know what they know. I got that one word answers, stayed persistent but they made it clear I had over stayed my welcome and I should go get a list made, even though I came with pictures of what I needed. Off to the next one, will not be coming back here that's for sure.

I've had a good experience with them when I redid my kitchen and bathroom. Better quality than what you get at the big box stores.
