I cannot say enough good things about this company. They handle the majority of our commercial electrical installation needs and when it comes to emergency services, nobody can touch their quick professional services. When other companies try to make a big deal about correcting things and put you off because they are busy, Wilhite understands the bind we are in and drops everything else to respond and get us up and running! They understand that when we have customers out of electricity, we need them to respond now! And that goes a long way with me! We have had underground electric problems more than once and Wilhite has the equipment to quickly locate the problems, the equipment and men to dig it up, and fix it within hours rather than days! Kevin and Zach are the best and I highly recommend this company above all others in this area!

For their Generator Service: The good, they responded to a new customer call out the next day. They were always courteous. Why they get two stars: Their repair knowledge of generators is poor. They told me my generator had catastrophically failed when it was a $200 minor repair. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls, I never got a repair or replacement estimate. Go see PowerUp Power Systems if you want a generator company.

Called when they opened at 7am and they had a man at my front door at 7:30am. Very professional. I've used Wilhite for years and I'm always happy with their work. You can't ask for a more quality company.

I called the company back out because I forget to mention another electrical problem. The guy came out; It took him all of 5 minutes to fix the problem. Wilhite sent me a bill for another full hour of service. I called the owner. He said that was their policy. Nothing could be done.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star, the guy doing the work stood on my $700.00 work table bending it on one end instead of moving it so he could work. These guys have no consideration for your property.very unprofessional
