Insurance company called them for tow and said they would arrive. They never showed up , rescheduled for next day. Scheduled for 12pm. Called around 12:30 Said we were next. Its now 3:30 and said they would be here in half hour. Lady called me and said if i wanted a tow still or not. She said THEY would be canceling my tow after expressing my frustration to them. If you want to be waiting for a tow for a day and half, this is the company for you. Very unprofessional and very rude.

I contacted AAA because I needed a car towed from my home to Firestone, Wicked Wrenches contacts me around 430pm to let me know that a driver she be at my home in about 30 minutes, 530 hits no driver yet, I contact back the lady who originally contacted me who said her name was Michelle. Michelle apologizes and says that unfortunately the tow truck en route to me broke down and they needed to get another truck out to me and it shouldn’t be that long. I was a little upset because I was going through this ordeal with the car since 3pm so I said okay cool, Firestone closes at 6 so the keys need to be dropped in the drop box, we both agree I’ll leave the keys to the vehicle in the drivers side visor for when the driver arrives. 7pm rolls around and no tow truck yet so I contact Michelle back for an update - she advises me that “somebody” contacted her and said everything was taken care of and we didn’t need the tow. This “somebody” wasn’t me and she got my tow request mixed up with another person.. so I’m waiting hours for a tow that was never coming to begin with. Thankfully I’m always a vigilante person when it comes to having updates as any professional business should be doing but this place sucks and really dropped the ball! Please hire better employees who know what they’re doing and not messing up jobs and getting people mixed up! Because after all this she tells me she’s sorry and it’s her mistake and that I have to contact aaa and get another tow set up. Horrible customer service, didn’t offer to rectify her mistake at all by still getting a driver out, now who knows how long I’ll be waiting AGAIN because of a mistake that could have been 100% avoided. Don’t use these people!!

Harry could not have been nicer. After another towing company cancelled my request, Roadside Assist lined up Wicked Wrenches. They were here quickly, listened to me vent about my 2 year old car not starting, and I rode with him to the dealership. He suggested car rentals in Salisbury and even dropped me off there. He was pleasant company, and a really nice person. I would definitely recommend Wicked Wrenches.

This establishment is a SCAM. Do not do business with them. Wicked Wrenches misplaced the key to my vehicle and took NO responsibility for it. They are unprofessional and hire unskilled employees to work on your vehicle. A negligent claim the insurance company and a call to the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation is forthcoming. You will not push your responsibility on me.

Buddy of mine used this shop to have a known good motor swapped into his mx5 Miata, after about a month of it being there they told him "they could not get it running, come pick up your car and pay your bill."
A week passes of my buddy and shop owner going back and forth about him paying for the labor time after book time was already passed, the owner then calls back after the back and forth "I think I can get it running, i think the motor is out of time" mind you the motor ran the day it was pulled and nothing was removed from the motor other than the exhaust. Fast forward again another week of them not getting the car running and my buddy telling them to double check the fuel system bc it ran perfectly fine before it was removed from the old car. Low and behold a month and a half later and they return the car in much worse conditon then it was dropped off, tons of little pieces broken (connectors, plastic panels etc) and still was charged $1900 bucks...do not trust these guys with any of your needs other than an oil change.

Amazing customer service!! They have towed my Jeep and my Focus and were very professional about it and took care of the vehicles with caution. Even put my car on my lift at my house without even asking them.

I was in a emergency situation in which I was stranded. I was out of state. I needed help and the coolest 6500 flat bed came and assisted. I do not remember the tech but he was awesome and so cool. I really appreciate that in time of need that such a kind employee came to help. The best part was that we had a great chat and it turns out that we both are proud owners of multiple bird species.

Rob and Nate took really good care of towing my motorcycle to my mechanic. Rob tied it down really well where it didn't move as they were towing it. They were very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was the long wait. Otherwise, great job guys.
