Whiskey Lima Corp was brought in as an independent 3rd party to help address issues with the HVAC system in a new building we were operating that was experiencing severe humidity issues. Lionel was very professional, organized and extremely knowledgeable. He took lead in identifying the causes, managing the redesign and implementation of the solution. His attention to detail and ability to keep the project on track was vital to getting our project to completion. His documentation of the project was also very detailed and made available to the team in real time which, as the owner, kept me involved in the progress and gave me real time updates on any challenges that popped up. After using Whiskey Lima Corp to help us fix the issues at this location we have brought them in to assess a new facility we have under design to give us that 3rd party input in an effort to avoid future issues.

Thanks to Whiskey Lima my apartment problems are solved. I have been dealing with HVAC guys for years and they all could not figure out the issues. I spent thousands of $ repairing my unit and it still had problems, I even replaced the unit with a bigger unit costing even more.
The whiskey Lima report identified my hidden HVAC issues that I sent directly to my HVAC guy who was then able to repair properly, Now my tenant has much better comfort and much less utility bills.
