Placed an online order on their website with a 5 day ETA. I confirmed that this would arrive within that timeline before processing the order. After 2 weeks, I followed up with the team because I never received the item. Marcus mentioned that he cancelled the order and updated the website. I did not get any communication or update for this process. Disappointing customer service.

I ordered light fixtures from Westway. They arrived on time, but some of them were defective. Westway's customer service (Anthony) was extremely polite, prompt, and efficient in replacing the defective product. His communication was excellent. A truly outstanding company.

I am very satisfied with my dealing with Westway Electric. Long story short, I replaced a few toggle switches with automatic timer switches that were located in multi gang boxes. When I went to replace the wall plate to accommodate the new timers, I could not find the required matching ones anywhere. After scouring the internet for the brand/model I needed I found Westway, who despite it being such a small order (three wallplates) kept me up to date on the status of my order and got it to me much quicker than I expected. I will definitely go back to them again next time the need arises!

My admiration for the customer service I just received from Westway. I placed an order based from a picture on the site. This picture was very misleading and the parts I thought I was ordering were not correct.

I received a very courteous call from Westway letting me know they credited my account and corrected the problem.

Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.
