Horrible management. No cell phone service. I would not recommend. Constantly flooding. Thin walls on the units make us hear the neighbors doing EVERYTHING. Initial inspection found broken lights, broken toilet, broken dishwasher. There is a huge mold problem due to the humidity and a dehumidifier is a must. Managment did not provide and hid this problem from us, and I had to spend over $200 out of pocket for this.

There are also constant pest and bug problems even with constant cleaning. Very cheaply built.

The general exterior of the complex is very attractive, clean and gives a beachy feel. I love the location set back from the road. I do wish the elevator was heated but honestly it's doable and nice to have it. My family of four visit often to see an aging parent. We love to come visit.

The apartment itself is a 2 bedroom. It's rectangle in shape but tastefully built. Quality appliances and dark cabinets are perfect. The only downside is there's very little sunlight that comes into the windows. We love the ceiling height and the room sizes are large. It's a very comfortable and affordable space. Plus you get a large storage closet.

The only thing that truly bothers me is the rental payment is only accepted online. They charge an additional $3+ a month for I suppose processing. That just doesn't seem fair to me.

That's the reason for the 4 stars. Overall it's a very nice layout and perfect for 2 people. We recommend.

Moved here in Sept 2022 and ABSOLUTELY love it!! Heather (leasing) and David (maintenance) are without question the best!! When I first began looking for an apartment, no other complexes got back to me… Heather was the only one and she contacted me right away. While I waited to move, there were some delays with the new buildings opening, but she’d send out emails regularly with updates.

Move-in was extremely easy. I did have a couple little issues that required maintenance early on. The portal is extremely easy to use and allows you to choose 3 timeframes when you’d like maintenance to arrive. Every time David was here right away and would thoroughly go over the issue and explain everything to me.

Thankfully, I have very quiet neighbors; most of the time I forget I even have any. I never hear TV or music and rarely hear talking. I haven’t figured out if the apartments are super sound-proof or if my neighbors are really that quiet. Lol. Either way, I’m super happy!! I also love that there are policies regarding noise, cleaning up after your dogs, not leaving trash outside of the bins, etc. These policies help keep this a very nice place to reside. Heather is excellent with communication to all tenants when issues arise… like reminding people to clean up after their dogs or keeping noise down.

This is my first experience living on my own. THANK YOU Heather and David for making this such a fabulous place to live!!😃😃

I can only sing praises for weston willows, it has been such a comfortable, quiet, energy efficient, safe haven and centrally located to stores and beaches. It is such a well planned apartment complex. I am so sorry to leave but we've bought our own home. I'd recommend weston willows to anyone looking for an apartment.

Lived at Weston Willows for almost a year. Nice place to live. The apartment was well insulated from noise and very energy-efficient. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the Georgetown area.

It is a wonderful place to live, the apartments are spacious, it's quiet, there's only one problem, that is, the parking visitors are able to park wherever they like and there is no visitor parking which doesn't leave a whole lot for your tenant parking.

Nice apartments but they bumped our rent up three times in two years, that's getting hard to afford it
