If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. I will never go to Weeks again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. I took my alternator to them to be rebuilt and paid for the work. My mechanic put the rebuilt in my car and it still did not work. Instead of fixing the issue Weeks told me he would give me a refund but he was going to keep my alternator and he proceeded to call my mechanic a crook. Weeks Services is the only crook here. I ended up having two other places test the alternator. It failed 3 tests. I had to pay double labor because of Weeks negligence.

My family has been dealing with Weeks Services for over 30 years. He has always had quick and excellent customer service when in need of alternator or starter repair or purchasing new. He also offers tool repair and is a Dewalt Warranty and repair service. My family also uses Weeks Services for their Interstate Battery needs.

I think I am in shock......How can this company stay in business for over 30 years if they are crooks I am a little confused! I can say nothing but good things about this company. Are we hearing the whole story? I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. In fact, I took a motor to see if it was on it's last leg or if the person who was working on a project for me was trying to make a pretty penny on me. Come to find out, the motor was good and the "OTHER" person wanted over $600 to replace it. Now, if I am correct, Weeks Services could have charged me to rebuild the motor, but didn't. He asked me why would I want him to rebuild something that is working Sounds like an honest business man to me. Maybe THAT is why they are still in business. You did say they DID offer you a refund, if you were not happy. That would be money OUT of his pocket, not in it. Sounds to me like you were shafted BEFORE you even went to Weeks Services.. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend him. Ask most of the farmers around. Without Weeks Services keeping them in parts to keep their machinery going, to farm their land to put food in the grocery stores that feed your family. I feel pretty good about telling anyone who wants this kind of service to absolutely call them. Enough said!!!

The guy that runs the place is outstandinghe is an excellent representative of DeWalt tools.. his service is outstanding I have took many pieces of DeWalt tools there. Don't get me wrong I wore the tools out. I've been taking tools there to weeks since the early 90s I just recently noticed he has moved. I also think he's an actual service center for DeWalt

Awesome service and just about always a 24 hour turn around at a decent price. I take atleast one starter or alternator a week with zero issues i highly recommend to everyone.
