Mal servicio. El servicial duró poco más de 1 hora, las personas que estaban realizando el cambio de aceite se tomaban todo el tiempo del mundo. En otros lugares en 20 minutos obtengo el servicio. Ahora al momento de pagar había una fila de 7 personas y se supone que esa caja de cobro es especial para el Auto Care y estaban cobrando producto de la tienda sin dar prioridad a los que solo van a recogerte las lleves del carro y hacer el pago. No regresaría a este Auto Center

Ordered a set of tires, and they sent THREE like I drive a tricycle. The fourth tire won't be available for TWO MONTHS, and they can't refund them or dispense any of them because "our computer won't let us until we have all four." I have to dispute with my bank due to the incapability of Walmart. Also, while I was in the store, another customer was chastising the technician who was working on his car for haphazardly attempting to change his tires one-handed with a chicken tender in the other. The lady "auto manager" is rude and a heavy smoker, and more often than not can be found out by her maroon Ram truck smoking away her customers' time.

Their most used line “we cant do that”. Tried to have oil changed and got told the plug was too tight. I loosened it with a hand wrench 20 minutes later. Tried to have two tires put on the back of my truck. One size wider in the back same size around. “We can’t do offsets like that” (literally any other shop will do this). Both times I was inside for over a hour and half. Pulled my truck in the bay walked around it and pulled it right back out in 5 minutes or less. They really need to hire some real mechanics, somebody with some muscle, or change some policy’s they are losing tons of business over stuff like this. Or just close the auto care. It’s obvious nobody cares they are just there for a paycheck.

Customer service sucked, but the tires were fine. I will say they didn’t bother to add air to any of my tires when they were done, so I probably won’t be coming back here for any sort of auto services.

3/1/05, 0800 this morning Employees calling in and not being able to open up on time makes bad customer relations for this department! Had to go somewhere else ( discount tire benton location) and glad I did!

They couldn't find my car keys, even after I pointed them out on the counter and described them. Made me wait 20+ min only for my keys to be the ones I pointed out earlier. Gina the "manager" was rude and under trained. She even told another customer the other cashier, Brodie, would have to do it because she didn't know how. Brodie on the other hand was very kind and efficient. While the service was fine and timely due to appointments, the customer service was disgusting and I hope Gina gets better leadership training. Curtis, the real manager, shouldn't have to clean up your mess if you were a "manager" with actual training. Seniority doesn't always mean skill.

My daughter purchased a tire from the Bentonville Walmart in 4/21.
On 5/11 she was told her tire was defective by Firestone, and would need replacing immediately.
She brought the tire to Bryant location for a replacement and was made to purchase a new tire. Gina refused to replace the tire because my daughter didn't purchase the warranty. Stating without warranty it was all her responsibility. The tiniest basics of customer service would say "yes this is a defective tire, we can do the right thing for you and replace it at no cost".
The tire was defective, it should be replaced. She literally had 215 miles on the tire. Absolute abhorrent customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for 7 this am for oil change. They were not open when I arrived…poor management. We all have busy schedules and for customers to be inconvenienced this way is unacceptable.
