Had an intermittent grinding sound from the rear passenger wheel over the weekend while down in Harwich on a family vacation. Hadn’t happened that Monday morning but figured it was best to get it checked by a professional. Would feel safer considering I’ll be driving on the highway with wife and kids. They were able to check it out that afternoon. They took a look and confirmed nothing was wrong and said I was good to go. I asked what I owed and they said nothing because it was a quick check. They could have made up anything and took advantage of a guy on vacation but they were honest and provided me clarity at no charge. I can tell you one thing. If I ever need auto service whenever I’m in this area in the future, I know where I’m going to bring my car. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended!!! Our rental car got a nail in the tire and we had 30 mins before the ferry was departing. BC did the repair in 20 mins! He and his team were fantastic to work and did the job quickly and professionally. Thank you for the great service!

Dropped off vehicle that had been showing electronic throttle control on dashboard. Down on vacation, finally found V-Tech willing to look at issue. Of course once vehicle was dropped off and scanned there was no dashboared light. V-Texmch scanned vehicle and o only found old codes from radio. Was not charged and happy that I wasn't given a bill for unnecessary work. Owner was very polite and understood situation I was in, stuck on vacation and in a bind. Great experience and wish all auto mechanics shops were as understanding and trustworty.
