I should know better with 3.4 star over all review, it would go well. I had a terrible experience at this BMW service center and will not be returning. I also wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

First, I scheduled a 10 AM appointment, but when I arrived, the service advisor couldn’t check me in on time because there were too many customers ahead of me. There was only one service advisor that day, and he was clearly overwhelmed.

I asked to drop off my car and pick it up two hours later, but they refused because they closed at 2 PM. This meant I had to wait at the service center instead of being able to go about my day.

Unlike other BMW service centers that provide loaners or Uber rides, this location offers no transportation options. To make things worse, there was no host outside to greet customers, and the lobby was packed with people waiting. Some customers were frustrated enough to consider canceling their appointments.

Seeing how disorganized and understaffed they were, I made the quick decision to cancel my appointment and leave. I’m glad I did. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others avoid this place too.

My car had to get towed to this service shop because I blew a tire. I THOUGHT everything was cover through warranty but I later found out the warranty only covers a little more then half. My service advisor Elizabeth Soto made my experience amazing! I was highly annoyed I found out I had to come out of pocket over 200 dollars but she explained everything thoroughly to me on why and after that I understood and changed my attitude. Elizabeth has a warm caring eager to help any way that she can and that’s exactly what she did I so thankful for her and I’m very sure that everyone at this place is great I ONLY wanna deal with Elizabeth thank you Elizabeth for everything you done and taking time to explain everything I may not have understood and being so patient with me.

Went in to get a basic oil change done on my BMW. Left my vehicle with service advisor Shaun Bradford. His education level is not fit for this position, but more like a McDonald's cashier. When I picked my vehicle up, I had all these new vehicle service warnings on my BMW dashboard. Shaun tried to charge me thousands of dollars, for fixing all the issues on my dashboard. I had my vehicle towed to another mechanic, that was referred to me by a friend of mine. The issue was, that I just needed to replace a fuse, that cost less than $30!!

Follow up to my previous review. Wouldn't come back to this repair shop, if you paid me to come back. Just wrapping up the last quarter of 2024, I also advised all my colleagues, to have all there BMW repairs done on there current and new vehicles elsewhere. Family and Teamwork, makes the dream work. This is a money grabbing repair facility, thanks Shaun!!!

I dropped my car off to BMW union park, and the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced at any bmw dealership. I would never recommend or purchase or service a car here.

My car needed a starter, and my mechanic referred us to bmw after replacing the battery, because the starter is battery powered the new battery died as well. Shaun Bradford who stated he’s a supervisor would not allow us to charge the starter unless we buy the battery as well which I already had a warranty at my shop.

He was very rude cutting me off while I’m asking for clarity, my shop even told me this is bad customer service and seem their trying to make extra money instead of help a customer. I see Shaun has multiple bad reviews on here and obviously customers feel the same way.

After I decided I’m not doing the service, Shaun called me back to insist I pickup the car trying to stroke his ego by denying my business after I already decided to send it to my shop. This representative has a very bad attitude and ego.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS trust me I would. I PUT 5 STARS SO THIS LOCATION WONT SCAM NO MORE PPL. I can’t even explain all of the horrible experiences I encountered at this specific location. From falsely being accused to scratching a rental they gave me and did no inspection on afterwards, to literally the mechanics and branch managers sabotaging my vehicle to make it faulty so I could keep coming to spend money at this establishment. My last straw was getting my vehicle towed there after my vehicle became immobilized after bad work from their mechanics. At this point they told me it would cost over $5,000+ to fix my car to be able to drive again. At this point I was fed up and told them I don’t want nobody here touching my car anymore and that I finding a new mechanic and told them just fix my car to be able to drive 5+ miles (to my other mechanic)….I was told that the branch manager was able to “Pull some strings” and fix it to go only 5+ miles and I was advise by them that I wouldn’t go any further than that…. LOL I took my car to my new mechanic (German car only mechanic) and they told me that I was being scammed and there was nothing wrong with my car. It has been 5 MONTHS (I drive my car EVERYDAY) since they told me I wasn’t able to drive my car 5+miles LOLLLL I’ve put over 1k+ miles since then. AND THEY NEVER OFFERED ME NOTHING FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I always am pleased with the service here! I have been a BMW lover/driver since 2018 and have used Union Park Service. I especially love working with Shaun Bradford! He is always pleasant and accommodating. I definitely rate my experience as 5 Stars! Thank you, Union Park BMW and thank you, Shaun B.

They failed to perform even a simple alignment. The alignment sheet showed numerous discrepancies that were never communicated to me, and they were also the result of the service tech improperly performing the alignment. Values were falsified.

When I brought up the alignment to Shaun Bradford and Michael Brownie, they accused me of lying about the service history of the vehicle and yelling over me. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by a business. And from what I see, the google reviews get replies from the business, but they never reach out to the poor reviews to ask how they can help.
