I was referred to Tioga plumbing by a family member who had a great experience with them. My dishwasher was leaking and I was pretty sure it was coming from within the unit and actually ordered a replacement, but I wanted a professional to confirm the leak wasn’t from the connection point. Drew came out and looked at everything, confirmed I was correct and walked me through some of the services Tioga provides. I even signed up for their annual maintenance service. Drew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy on sales in the slightest. I had a phenomenal experience with him. Fast forward to when my dishwasher was delivered, the driver who (was supposed to install as well), said he could not since my connection point was plastic and would need to be switched out to metal if he installed it. I thought, not problem, I’ll call Drew. Well Drew was off that day so Tioga sent another plumber. When the new plumber arrived, I told him what happened and he said he could take a look and replace the connection if needed and install. However, just the install would be around $1,000. I of course declined and he left.

We had an excellent experience with Tioga Electric and Plumbing! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Samuel and Alejandro showed up right on time, were incredibly personable, and got right to work. They didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us into anything—just honest, quality service.

What started as a call about our smoke detectors turned into so much more value than we expected. They addressed the issue quickly and also offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. I really appreciated the company’s option to pay a small annual fee for a full electrical and plumbing check-up of our home. It’s such a smart, proactive way to make sure everything is up to code and safe for our family.

I was looking for an upgrade on my panel. I checked out Tioga and they had a really clean record with no complaints. Sam showed up early and assessed my panel and did a great job explaining what would have to be done and how they would do it. He as knowledgeable with current codes and did a great job answering all my questions
