Terrible company, no respect. They do fire alarm testing at my apartment and don’t bother knocking on your door. They just unlock your door and walk in.

Had an appointment to get a quote Friday 3/29/24 at 9:00am and never made it. Rescheduled for Saturday 3/30/24 at 9:00am. It’s 9:01am. No show. No text.
So I texted him to cancel. I’m all set.
First impression is so important.

This company started VERY loudly drilling into the outer wall of my apartment building at 7:30 in the morning. The office isn't even open at this time and it is during the community's quiet hours. There was no reason to do this so early and wake people. Extremely poor planning and very poor consideration for customers.

Edit: and they did it again two days later. 7:40am and they are loudly drilling into our building waking everyone up. Would never hire a company this rude and inconsiderate.

Very happy with the service here. They came as a package deal with the central AC we had installed this summer. I work from home, and the folks on site were very respectful of my time/space. I hardly knew they were here.
Quality work, my panel had enough capacity for the AC according to code, but they went ahead and added a sub-panel anyway, because it was the right thing to do.
One minor issue, which one of the owners immediately/professionally handled. I would definitely recommend them!

Tech showed up on time and was very helpful. Talked us through the process and was willing to complete hanging an additional light fixture during the same visit. Price was very competitive based on other quotes we got, so we will definitely keep them in mind for any future electrical needs

I spoke to someone two weeks ago as of this week and they never returned my call. I explained to the receptionist that it was very important to me, what I needed done in my home. She stated they would get back to me within a day or two. From my knowledge I guess the job was too small or this is just the way the company runs it's business. I would imagine that no job is too small when looking to attain more clients.
