Constantinos is an excellent businessman. Thinkmaq is professional, quick, and efficient. They found a replacement screen at a reasonable price after mine cracked and were able to get it back to me in a timely manner. This is my second time using their services, and I wasn’t disappointed. My MacBook bricked and would not turn back on. I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. After weeks of delays and false promises, UBreakIFix told me that the logic board was damaged and as a result, I would need to pay for a replacement logic board, screen, and keyboard. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable.

After doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. I searched for local specialists and found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research.

The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. My computer has been as good as new for the last 4 months and I was able to recover my data.

Don't waste your time anywhere else, the folks at ThinqMac know what they are doing. Thank you again!

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with thinq mac. Any time I have needed anything in regards to computer or phone, I have always had a quick response and been able to get what I needed done. They've been able to answer and troubleshoot issues over the phone with me and help me to find solutions without dragging me into the store. I've even seen them help customers with certain issues in store free of charge as they are simple fixes while I've been waiting for something. Both guys are always polite and welcoming when I've gone in - super patient as well when I've tried to explain situations as I'm rather lengthy in my explanations!

It's unfortunate that there are those singular situations that can taint business reviews but I would encourage people to make their own opinions and look at the overall rating. This small business is very personable and builds relationships that bring customers back over and over bc they trust them. You don't get a lot of that these days.

These guys are the GO TO place for getting any of your Apple products dependably repaired. Jonathan and the entire team have fixed several of my macs and MacBooks many times. Whether it is a repair, an upgrade or whatever. I would not trust anyone but Thinq Mac to. do the work. Their space is clean and they are highly professional. (Side note: I would never trust an Apple Store to do the work, I've experienced that disaster as well a few times. Bad Choice) But Thinq Mac and the team are fabulous.

Have always found thinqMac responsive and helpful. Have watched the business grow with great success. One of my major disappointments in moving from CT to PA early in 2019 was leaving the connection with Konstantinos and Jonathan. Big loss for us!
