I received excellent service from the entire staff at the Septic Group. They were able to promptly schedule activities to pump my tanks, correct problems with my drain field and make suggestions to extend the life of my tanks....
I would strongly recommend using them for all your septic services...

Our initial experience with The Septic Group was disappointing—the first visit left such a mess that we spent several hours cleaning up after their technician. The next two scheduled appointments were both canceled after their expected arrival time, wasting our time and forcing us to rearrange our schedules. At no point did anyone offer an apology or take responsibility. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

For the first year since my septic field was installed in 1977 the grass over my septic field is not growing well over the septic lines (see pic). So I contacted The Septic Group in hopes of determining (1) if my septic system/lines are functioning properly (they said they are) and (2) why the grass over the septic lines is not growing well. To this I was told that they have seen this condition before and it "just happens." However, the tech rep did not know why it happens or if it will continue in following years or not.
I have asked landscapers the same question and they basically gave the same answer.
Bottom line: I am, of course, glad to know my septic system appears to be functionong properly but I was hoping that someone in the septic business that has seeing this problem before would have an explanation for what causes this problem and how to remedy it. I would still like an answer.

I had my Septic Tank pumped and the employee was exceptional. He helped me dig up the lid that we missed, he pumped my tank and rinsed it out! He cleaned the baffles and left my tank sparkling clean. He was so nice. I will definitely use this company again. We installed the risers so no more digging!

We are septic professionals and needed to have our 47 year old system replaced. Our company is not licensed to install in Snohomish County so our owner put us in touch with The Septic Group. Our experience with them was amazing. Dylan and Tim were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew how our system operated. The property was cleaned up really well which pleased me more than I can say. Rhea at the office was also amazing to work with. She was really on top of everything. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and will highly recommend them.
