Moving into the Regency has been the best decision of my life. It is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. If you have an issue in your apartment, it is not an issue for long. Maintenance and owner are on top of it and show they actually care about the tenants. The building and grounds are wonderfully maintained by the professional and generous staff.

The building is clean, safe, wonderfully maintained and, best of all, the staff is helpful, professional & generous. Any time you contact them with a question or concern, whether by phone, text or email, you recieve a prompt reply & an equally prompt and helpful response.

The exterior and interior of the property are very well maintained. The halls, common areas and laundry rooms are always clean & welcoming. My morning hours can be unusual but even after bad weather I don't worry about exiting the building because the property's outdoor stairs, sidewalk and parking lot are so well cared for.

This is a wonderful building with some of the best property management you'd find anywhere. I would highly recommend it & I'm still so grateful they had an apartment available when I first contacted them.

The owner not only does a great job maintaining the property, but is always upgrading the building. Very clean property and great management that's always on top of tenant needs. Highly recommend!

Living at The Regency apartments have been a great experience. Quality of living at its best. The space is beautiful and well maintained. Quiet and safe area to live in. Never had any issues with neighbors. Everyone here seems to be considerate about each other space, which is key on a community living space!

Never had any issues with the apartment, but any time I needed to contact management, the response have been very quick, almost instant. Also the maintenance team is always around, they are respectful, very easy to talk to and very responsive!

Keep up the great work, keep The Regency Apartments one of the Best Places to live in the West Haven area!

I have been living here for three years. The management keeps in touch regarding any maintenance upkeep, and is hands on visiting the building regularly. The building is super clean and well maintained inside and out. Maintenance staff, super nice , is on site daily and any issues that arise are handled within 24 hours. The other tenants are very nice and watch out for each other. Building is very secure with cameras and lighting. Love it here!

I’ve been living at The Regency for almost 3 years now and I can genuinely say I have only positive things to say about my experience.
Since day 1 everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful. Josh is genuine and friendly and always responds very quickly to messages. Maintenance staff is always here to check out any issues either the day of or the following day, while also ready to crack a joke/smile when passing them in the halls. Neighbors have been respectful and kind and the location of the building itself is great as it’s close to everything, especially the beaches.
Overall, apartments are clean, spacious, and reasonably priced and staff is great as they are always taking into consideration what they can do to help make The Regency your home.

The building is always clean. No rodents. The landlord (Josh) and maintenance are very accommodating. Great security (cameras)and a well lit parking light at night.The apartments are beautiful and the tenants are friendly wonderful people. A diversity community Love it here!

Great management and great place to live. Everyone is friendly and polite. Even though I've been here for a short amount of time, so far it has been a comfortable move-in for me and my roommate.
