The guy was not really into working. I asked for a simple VIN verification and he said it would take about an hour. There were no other customers, and when I sat down, he simply lit a cigarette. I am pretty sure he wanted me away from there.

Called Jimmy early in the morning and checked if QZ could install brake pads and rotors on my Tesla. He’s worked on several before and was able to get me in quick. Had the job done within 2 hours. Great customer service and reasonable price - highly recommend

Went here for emissions 7/3/24. Arrived at 4:15, 45 minutes before emissions closes and 1hr 15 before the garage closes. Open sign was on but door was locked and nobody inside. Great business model.

EDIT: sorry that, unlike your employees, I have a job I can’t just choose to leave over an hour early whenever I feel like it. I got there as soon as I could after work, it wasn’t “last minute” but apparently expecting your business to be open during your own business hours is too much to expect from the quiet zone

I was near tears in a panic today when I walked in, pregnant and pushing my toddler in a stroller, to let them know I was parked in their free air pump spot with my hazards on. I thought my gas tank was leaking. Jim was unbelievably kind and offered to take a look at my car for free. Turns out it was a simple fix- just a small clamp that rotted off and needed to be replaced. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding, and generous. They totally turned my day around. I’m so grateful! Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming back here.

These guys are great. I visited their shop thinking I had one problem and they found another problem that could have gotten much worse over time. This problem was fixed the next day and they drove me back and forth to work (I work 5 mins from the shop). Price was reasonable and the staff was super friendly.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to do this one.
First, I would not recommend this establishment to new customers or those who are from out of town.
How he treats customers in his area maybe a different story.
I like giving second chances and because I am new to the area I needed a mechanic and shopping for one brought me to this place last week.
Where I allowed myself to be screwed but it was on me because mainly I needed to know the type of service I would receive.
I was charged 200+ to have spark plugs replaced, wait it gets better.
I brought my own plugs.
I listened to the spill of why he needed to charge me so high, got it done.
Well today was second chance, needed to see if I would be overpriced again for a simple job, that any mechanic could give an estimate from based on just the information.
Lol……here comes the spill.
I left knowing I wouldn’t be coming.
So, again I would not recommend to any new customers or people who are new to the area………
He sees all the money he can get now.
So stay away!!!!!!!
