I’ve lived here for 1 year and absolutely love the whole time. The finishings are beautiful and easy to maintain. The bedroom is huge, the balcony is a nice touch, all the closets are huge. Central air unit is convenient. The pool and clubhouse are fabulous!! People use them a lot which is nice to meet people. The walking trail and dog park are awesome too! The only thing I would change - the hot water in the shower runs out after about 15 mins and the gym could benefit from a wider variety of machines (legs and abs specifically).
Still, I recommend living here 10/10!!!

Look no further, you'll enjoy living at The Preserve at Great Pond. We just signed our 3rd lease and love living here. The unit is large, bright with a lot of natural light, a terrace, and best of all......in unit washer/dryer. The pool is the perfect summer retreat. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible. The office staff is attentive and professional.

Terrible property management. The manager Sarah needs to go back to school for something else. Vehicles broken into, people smoking wherever they want. The maintenance workers even smoke on the property. Such a joke. Not to mention the young punks and thugs they allow to live in there who play loud music all hours of the night. VERY EXPENSIVE and they go up on rent every year with no sign of any improvements on the property just trash and degradation everywhere you look. What a shame.

I moved in a month ago but I already sense this is going to be a wonderful place to live. My apartment is spacious and modern and there are many great amenities for tenants to enjoy. My dog and I have been taking advantage of the many different walking paths in addition to the on site dog park.
Shortly after moving in, I unfortunately encountered a couple of maintenance issues, needless to say, they were addressed and corrected immediately. Sarah and Zoe in the leasing office are both so pleasant and professional and have been extremely helpful to this first time tenant. I have also met Albert(who insisted on clearing snow off my car after a recent storm) and Vinny from maintenance, both very nice and it’s easy to see they take pride in their work.
I realize it’s only been a month but so far it’s been a great experience!

We did a short term lease at the Preserve at Great Pond while moving from Boston. Cannot recommend this complex enough! The facility and amenities are top notch! We always felt at home here with our baby and dogs. A huge thank you to Zoe who goes above and beyond to help all tenants!

We moved here from New York City four months ago and we absolutely love it! The apartments are beautifully designed with high-end finishes. The clubhouse and grounds are lovely, especially the trail around Great Pond. The staff is first class and the residents are all very friendly. The Preserve brings in food trucks once a week during the warmer months, and there are barbecue grills and a pizza oven for the community's use. We live here but we always feel like we are on vacation!
