These guys are GREAT! I went in looking for a recommendation for a gaming laptop. I gave them the system specs for a game my husband already and what I had for a budget. Within a day, they found one. And it has more space the original game requires, so my husband has lots of room for more games.

I am so excited. I can't wait to see my husband's face when he opens it.

I would absolutely trust the PC Guys again--they were professional, expedient, accurate, and knowledgeable. I really had to make a choice between a new machine or fixing this one, and Richard presented me with the information and accurate pricing I needed to successfully make my own informed decision (without trying to sway me or explain things in a way in which I was being talked down to). second time coming to these guys. they were excellent the first time finding the problem within 2 days. this time i had to ship parts in but it was still done in 4 days. i would go back every time i have a problem.

I encountered a few problems on a new PC running Windows11. It was beyond what I could fix myself. The PC Guys reinstalled the OS and set up things, so that I wouldn't have the same issues. I got the PC back a lot sooner than originally expected and the cost for the service was fair. Would definitely recommend them and would go back if I have problems in the future.
