I've had the pleasure and good fortune of having Mark work on a handful of my guitars to-date and without fail, every single one comes back to me feeling, playing and sounding better than they ever have prior. He is as patient, polite and receptive as he is knowledgeable and technically capable. Mark fixed a vintage 1960s Magnavox record player for us and we are thrilled. It sound brand new and we are very happy to have it working again. It has sentimental value as it belonged to my grandfather and Mark made it like new again. His knowledge and expertise are awesome.

Had many synthesizers repaired there. Roland JX-3p, Roland HS-60 and a Korg Polysix. Quality work with fast turnaround time. Mark is the best bench tech around and best company in CT for this type of work. Will be going back again soon to repair a broken EMU Emax.
