HORRIBLE!! If you want to be looked up and down and judged before any employee even acknowledges you, then this is the place to go! Went in to sell some antique sterling silver candlesticks, they explained to me (like i was a moron) i had to take them apart!?! Went to ct gold buyers they gave me $100 instantly. 100% do not recommend. I almost instantly walked out because the balding miserable man at the front desk literally looked at me up and down like i was a criminal

They were honest and straight forward, I felt comfortable with them. Their rate is higher than some others if you pound something, charging $80 per month for any under 1600. But I thought they were fair and honest and that is what really matters.

Man I absolutely LOVE this company and the staff. I always feel like I’m walking into the home of an old friend and have never once felt uncomfortable with a sell or purchase. There wonderful people not going to lie I use them all the time but this time they got me upset 😒 I mean for a nintendo switch oled and 2 extra sets of joycons memory card and a game for only 25 dollers! NO! I'm not that dumb and it's only a pawn! But other than that wonderful people I just think they need to hire someone that's a bit more skilled in actually pricing for electronics.. cause not to say names but the dude that does it needs more training and needs to learn how to actually price something fair cause most of ebay items are bids not the actual sell price! And demand on the electronics coming is actually faster to sell than others!

They always treated me with dignity and respect, extended themselves where they could, and ultimately made my life a whole lot easier. A family run, public service and asset to the community.
Not to mention it’s a great place to shop for used tools, electronics, jewelry, etc.
