I came to this site due to the beautiful pictures posted online of the 2009 Ford Flex SEL. From the metallic blue color to the sunroof feature, I was in love. When I arrived at the lot and finally got a closer look, the bottom carriage and wheel bearings were rusting. I also saw bottles of water left behind by one of the sales rep who states he drives the car from time to time… they even had two car seats in the 3rd row. I debated on the car for a while but in the end I left a deposit to keep the vehicle just incase I do not see anything else. Over the next few days I decided that the rust amount was too much to cut out and the cancer beneath the car would keep growing no matter if I painted or replaced. I arrived back at the dealership and proceeded to test another car but while test driving I could hear the exhaust sounding shaky and producing a very awful smell. I let the gentlemen in the red and black jacket know that I decided I will not be purchasing either vehicles and requested a refund of my deposit. He then went and brought the tall curly hair boy into the office to show me a sign that said “Deposits are non refundable.“ I asked when did they put the sign up and that if it was the case why did he not verbally relay that as well as show me the sign at time of taking my deposit. I will be filing a lawsuit to obtain my money back as there was no agreement and people are allowed to change their minds about a purchase. I am certain one of the 25 people they stated came in, will surely purchase the 2009 Ford Flex and be more than happy with it. My experience was distasteful and the way they handles me not wanting to purchase was very unprofessional. Good luck to you car buyers and be careful.

I put in for a test drive online and they never responded. Then, we went in person and the cars were in horrendous condition not at all like the listing stated. One car had a flat tire, one was held together by tape. The person working there just stared at us and didn't even offer help or even a smile. When to another dealership and bought a car with zero issues. Don't go here unless you want a completely beater car. Also, the parking is atrocious. It gave off junkyard vibes.

This was my first experience having to purchase a vehicle from a dealership. So of course I was nervous going into it. I didn’t really know how it all worked and I desperately needed a solid vehicle. I walked into STS after hearing about it from somebody else who had gotten a vehicle there. ALL of the staff members were friendly and helpful and took the trouble out of the paper work and fussing with the computer. The staff found me a great used car in wonderful condition. They walked me through every step and before I officially signed for the car, they made sure it was reliable and that it would last me years to come. I could not be more grateful to have purchased a perfect car at a reasonable price and have a dealership that has my back through all of it. Thank you STS staff!

I'm not a fan of dealerships and as a rule do not trust salesman. But I did have a really good experience at STS Auto. I got a better car than I thought was possible with the not so large amount of money I had. I don't like car payments and prefer to buy a vehicle upfront. This can be good, as I had a very reliable $2000 vehicle for about 7-8 years. It can also be bad, as I have been tricked with bad vehicles in the past. Syed and Kahn were pleasant and helpful. I had found the perfect car but was convinced it had a particular issue. I was right. Syed was able to fix the problem at no extra cost and put in writing that my deposit was refundable if the problem was not fixed "to my liking". Clearly, he knew I had salesman trust issues, and although I was initially a difficult customer, I was treated with respect and even understanding. He gave me what I needed to feel comfortable placing some faith in them. I'm glad I did. I waited a while to write this review after purchasing just to make sure I can be fully confident when I say I got a great deal on reliable transportation 🙂 Thank you guys

Just bought a used 2009 Hyundai Sonata from STS Automotive. My first impressions are great. They were very nice and didn't pressure me into any vehicle. Although the car I wanted was sold 2 hours before I got there, I only have myself to blame. After deciding on the Sonata, I went through it and notice a brake light out which they quickly replaced. Took for a test drive by myself and found the car to be excellent condition. Besides a slight interior blemish with the middle console which was no big deal. I decided this was the car I wanted. They made the purchasing process very easy and they register the car there. After everything was complete I was very satisfied and had a enjoyable 45 minute ride home back to Hamden, CT. Thank you STS Automotive for everything, I would highly recommend if looking for a used car. Will update my post in 6 months to let you know how the vehicle is doing. (Update)A little after a month and no issues everyday I am more confident I made the right choice on car and dealership. Thank you STS Automotive!!!

This place is amazing. They offer financing and are willing to go to any length to get you in your new car. Very reasonable prices for any budget. They made it so easy for me with registration my broken down vehicle such a great team I'm grateful I wound up here for my car.
