Words can't express how wonderful Chris is! I've texted him numerous times with so many issues. Even if he isn't sure what the problem is, he does what he can to try to figure it out, or he'll give you his best recommendation. I appreciate the honesty. He does get busy as it's a small shop with a ton of business, but he always fits you in as soon as he can.

My car has been making a knocking noise so I called yesterday and was told to bring it in and Chris would take it for a test run. I called this afternoon to make sure he was able to still do it which he was. I was in and out within 15 minutes and he told me what the problem was and I made an appointment for the 19th. He put a water pump in my car over a year ago and the pricing was unbelievably inexpensive. This is where I will be taking my car in the future. Customer service is out of this world, and they go above and beyond to please their customers.

I am from Virginia but was in Dover for military training and my car started having trouble with the engine Thursday night. I called this shop Friday morning to see if they could help me and the woman working the front( Courtney) told me to bring it by and they would try to squeeze me in. I dropped it off at 11am and I was able to pick my car up at 430pm. I’m so thankful they were to help me get back home to Virginia on Sunday. It was very reasonable priced and the mechanic even went out his way to fix my loose heat shield under my car that has been loose for awhile at no extra cost. Everyone was nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Greatest service in town, they make you feel welcomed, extremely reasonable prices, and Chris stands by his work. Even if it's just to change your oil or need some major work done; this is the BEST place to go hands down. He has worked on our jeep and cars and never ceases to outdo himself on the quality of service. If you car need some work and your looking for a place to get it done, do yourself a favor and call them to get it taken care of. You won't regret it!

I recently visited to replace the engine mounts in my car. The owner's daughter was friendly. The price was reasonable though they couldn't replace the rear seal. I would go back again for an engine oil change.
