Was pleased with the outcome of the service BUT disappointed in that the 1 st time we dropped off the car nothing was done. It sat on their lot for 8 hours and finally got a call to advise us that they were backed up and never got anything done. Took car back to get engine light fixed. Very pleased they took care of it and all works great. Very clean and courteous customer service. We are pleased with them and their rates are more reasonable than dealer

My starter went bad and I had to tow my car to Spring Street Service Center. I was scheduled for an oil change the next day. They took my car right in and began working on it. When the manager called me later to tell me my starter was bad, I mentioned that they had replaced the starter at some point in the past. The manager looked it up, found out it was under warranty, and it only cost the labor to put it in. They finished the job, and also changed my oil and rotated my tires, all before the middle of the afternoon. The manager and the mechanic were polite, professional, and courteous. I've been taking our cars to Spring Street Service Center for years, and they've always treated me with honesty, respect, and first class service. Great job guys!
