I recently broke down 4 hours from home while working. Found this place which tows and works on your vehicle. My total for everything I needed done was 950$. I go to pick my car up paid for the service before hand bc it was Memorial Day weekend. I was super excited bc it sounded so great and fixed well I drive to my friends in Shreveport and the next day we go to clean it and someone had went thru my entire car. My console was dug thru. Papers and pictures that I know I put away before they towed it were moved from my console to just in my cupholders and stuff. I just purchased a cutting hair kit and I didn’t think bc it was in a box I’d need to grab it bc they would take my things but they definitely dug all thru my car and took whatever they wanted. I had shoes missing. It’s insane. I work so hard for my things man. And then to turn around and pay this asshole 950 bucks just pisses me off there shitty people I would not recommend unless you have time to take every single thing out your car so it doesn’t go missing in your part. Because it’s my fault I couldn’t carry all my shit when I had to get towed!!!

Tried to get my car inspected 4 different times at three different places with zero success and finally found the Smith family. It was a little out of the way for me but I was in and out in no so so I’ll definitely go back when I need to!

Great shop. They picked up my mustang on Super Bowl Sunday off the highway. They said the transmission went out and they tried their hardest to find one for me. I ended up finding one on my own but they had no issues with installing it and Tye also drive the car around before I picked it up to make sure I didn’t buy a lemon transmission. The price was more than fair and the car is running a lot better after smiths garage worked on it. Thank y’all.

My son was in a wreck Friday and we had to find out where the State Troopers sent his bike to get towed and called them 20+ times Saturday and finally got a response saying they were sick and we would have to wait till Monday we call today and they still charged us for it being there all weekend even though we tried to come get it on Saturday! How are you gonna advertise 24/7 towing service and not answer your phone or let customers come pick up their vehicle but still charge!! I see there are still lots of crooked people in the world with all this mess already still going on with people not even being able to barely afford to feed their families but they are gonna make sure theirs is fed abundantly!!!

Very friendly, helpful, and even mailed me my garage door openers. I live out of state, so this was a huge help. Most yards would have thrown them in the trash and told me they couldn't find anything. Super impressed with this company. Start to finish, good, friendly, helpful folks.

Such friendly and prompt service!

We were on a trip and 3 hours from home when our car suddenly went in limp mode and started knocking when getting off the interstate in Nachitoches. We called smiths and they said they’d happily squeeze us in to take a look.

When we got there, service was prompt and great. Ty was incredibly honest with the diagnosis of our vehicle when I feel like many mechanics would have taken advantage of the fact we were out of town AND it was the holidays. He even offered to have someone bring us to pick up a rental car.

Everyone was so kind and friendly. A awesome, family owned and operated shop. Definitely a great place to go!

They left my car with them to look at and they said they would look at it for estimate that day. They ended up having it for threw days and I had to call them three times each day before I got an update that they don't know what is wrong and how much am I willing to spend to find out?
