July 28th 2025................Thank you for sending Chase to service my mother's generac. He is an extremely well mannered young man. He explained everything in detail to my mother and I. He answered all of our questions and even left a pamphlet for us to read. That young man represents your company in a very reputable manner. Mr. Chase Adams was fantastic. He went above and beyond his duties. I would highly recommend him for doing work on your generator. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Cody came out to trouble shoot my 4G-LTE monitor for loosing signal and sending multiple ready to run signals. He replaced the controller, as per the manufacturer and it didn't solve the problem. He returned and replaced the mobile link server under warranty. Very pleased with the outcome.
