From the very beginning, Jacob and his entire team has been amazing! We had to have our land surveyed due to neighbor land border dispute. We had been given time estimates and prices, but Jacob put our hearts at ease. Instead of looking at waiting for 12-18 months- he thought it would be wrapped up before the end of summer. We knew what had to be done- and all the preparation that had to get the ball rolling- but Jacob was right! The survey and post markers were done by the second week of August. The two techs who came to the house to complete everything worked on our behalf with some unhappy neighbors, and for that we are extremely grateful! In the end, both ourselves and our neighbors were able to make the new border work for both sides- with no major problems. Following the results, Jacob had us in the office to review the finals maps, made an extra copy for us- and shared what needed to be done on our end.

Jacob and his team- are a cut above the rest- and if you are ever wondering who to have complete your surveys or any other services they offer- choose Sebago Technics! You won’t regret it!

Sebago Technics, with Jacob and his team, far exceeded our expectations as they did a full land survey for our property in Maine. Any and all questions were answered in a very timely manner and always clarified any confusion on our part. It was extremely easy to work with them from our initial contact right thru to 2 completed projects. If I could give 0 stars I would. They surveyed a property next to mine (without informing me). Not only did the workers not know where they were on my property they were extremely disrespectful. They’re guys left trash and debris all down every survey mark. Mind you the survey was done in the spring of 2024. I was assured they would pick up their trash/debris by the project manager Brian Williams. After taking a walk of my property today nothing was cleaned up.

From the start of our project, Jediah was clear about what the company could do for us, and he kept us informed at every juncture. Came highly recommended by my builder. Made an appointment which required that I change my schedule. I usually take care of a disabled friend on Tuesdays but I wanted to accommodate Steve at Sebago Technics. No one came at the designated time, no one called. When I called I was informed that Steve was out sick. Plenty of apologies but no effort to make amends by sending someone out soon. I guess it is unreasonable to think some one at the company would check Steve's appointments and make any contact efforts. This will hold up my builder and me. if you are not a contractor I would suggest you find another company to do business with. This company clearly does not care.

Sebago Technics, and specifically Matt Ek have gone above in beyond with any and all dealings. I hired Sebago to layout some plot lines and everything was done on time, on budget and done very professionally. Even more impressive was three years later I ran into some trouble with the town and when I called for help, Matt remembered me and my project and asked if he could intervene with the town to make sure it was squared away. He was able to fix my issue in a very timely manner and without additional cost. I strongly suggest Sebago! Thanks for the help.

Sebago very pleasant to talk to Sanford corner post division keep sending me bills and nothing being accomplished but a bunch of side talk been waiting over a year to have a survey done I personally paid to have my title research and secured, had my deed researched and secured handed it to them and it's still been a year and keep getting bills every month for 1500 for not work completed what have been told over and over work is being completed but no one on site
