I can't say enough great things about SE Minor. We hired them for land survey and engineering plans for our new pool and hardscaping project. Having town approved plans before selecting our excavation, pool, and landscaping contractors helped us get better pricing and moved us up the wait list. They also provided project oversight which got the project back on track after some mishaps during construction. Their leverage and expertise made all the difference. Very grateful !!

Their reputation of unmatched expertise, detail and professionalism is often tested and rewarded in the discerning and competitive market that is Fairfield country. What is often overlooked when someone talks about the best performer, is how they do it. I was recently in a very difficult situation involving an extremely short time frame. I needed a full engineering review and topographical report, but I only had days with a lease ending , and a challenging and serious life issue at home. SE minor not only listened to my situation but also accelerated the scheduling, while calling and emailing me every step of the way so I could effectively manage my situation at home. This was during the post COVID boom where everyone in their system was overbooked and backed up for weeks. This is an incredible company with really good people.
