I am always pleased and satisfied with Chad‘s work at Salmon brook auto! An A+ honest mechanic! People ask why the parking lot is always empty, and I tell them as soon as these cars come in he fixes them! He gets them done that day and out of the way! His wife, Ashley is a great mechanic too! And Mike in the office is a pleasure to work with. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!

Chad and Mike are the best! I called them the day before Thanksgiving about a safety concern I had with my car. They told me to bring it in and I’m glad I did. They prevented my family and I from having a potentially serious accident. I also went back to them last week to have other maintenance items done. They are very nice, honest, trustworthy, do great work and have reasonable prices. They are a hidden gem in Granby and I’m thankful to have found this business! Highly recommend!!

10/10 would tell everyone to use Mike and Chad! I ordered new wheels for my truck for Christmas from TireRack, and they were delivered to the shop. Mike called as soon as they got there and set up an appointment that worked for me. Easy peasy, dropped my keys in the morning, and he called my by closing time to let me know they were done. He also took the time to check in with me regarding the options I had with the rims to make sure they did it the way I wanted it.

Today, it is so hard to find someone who isn't in a rush to push you in and push you out, but I didn't get that feeling at all from them. They had great customer service and were great at communicating. I am planning to go back to have them do some more work on the truck, and I also plan on making them my first call for any vehicle work I need done.

Thank you Mike, for doing a great job, you were right, those wheels look good on that truck!
