We had our old 20 KW generator (which only ran part of our house) replaced with a 26 KW so it could power our entire home. We got at least 6 other quotes from other companies but decided on RWB Electrical Service. They were very professional from the beginning to finish. First, we dealt with Robert the owner, who is wonderful. Robert sent out the lead electrician that would be doing the work before the job was ever quoted so we would know exactly what was going to be done. “Not a salesperson that had never even installed a generator before, but actually the person that would be doing the work”.

Robert’s quote was very detailed and explained everything his company would be doing and the materials they would be using. It was nice being able to get a detailed quote instead of a salesperson showing up at our home, who only halfway wrote things down, so we weren’t exactly sure what we would be getting.

The team that did the work (Frank, Ryan, Andrew and Bryce) were all great. They were on time, were very polite, professional, and easy to work with. They took time to answer any additional questions we might have. They also did not leave until the job was completed and showed us how everything worked. They even helped us set up the Generac app on our phone.

Again, it was a pleasure working with RWB, and we highly recommend this company.

We found a reliable electrical service through our group page in our community! I must say RWB electrical services did a great job on installing our portable power generator. Not only that, involving other services booking just through them with the plumbing (Paul The Plumber) for our natural gas access and AC soft start installation (Dakota HVAC service). Booking an appointment and estimation request has never been easy; approachable staff (Ms. Christi) and I believe the owner, Mr. Robert has been very flexible with our schedule and tapped the right team just for this to be possibly done. As a new homeowner, hit by Beryl last year, had a power outage for 4–5 days, we are not trying our luck without power this hurricane season, at least with a portable generator. I've been vocal as well that I personally have no idea how to set it up and how to work on our new generator and have been gladly assisted by their team, Ryan and Andrew; appreciate you guys very much for going the extra mile in sending us a video about how to make it work, connections and all! Kudos to your team! Greatly appreciated and highly recommended for the services they offer!

I just had a complete electrical panel changed out today with this company. I have had several other repairs and installs done by this company. Awesome company with no guess work. The two technicians today changed our complete panel and performed test to make sure things were perfect. These two guys were awesome and knew exactly what they were doing. One note with this review. If you own a Lennar home built over 10 years ago call RWB and get your panel checked out. This is not a joke. Be safe not sorry!
