This could've been a better review. Dropped my vehicle off for a shudder which resulted in a transmission service. I dropped my Jeep off with over a half tank of gas. I understand the need for lengthy test drives after a service but when I picked my vehicle up my gas light was on and my gas was so low it wasn't reading how many miles I had left. When I asked the man in the bay (where I had to pull my vehicle out of) I was greeted with an attitude and a not my problem, I didn't work on your vehicle kind of response.

After waiting a month to get in for the service and a week for the repairs, the least y'all could've done was drop $5 in gas the tank before I had to pick it up. I would've gladly paid for it too. Never have I a left a mechanic shop with over a half tank of gas to start and picked it up on fumes with the gas light on.

Very responsive, very quick service once we decided to move forward with the repairs. Georgie and Kat were very helpful throughout the process, even when having to deal with insurance adjusters. We are very happy with our choice to use Roy’s!

Very Disappointing Experience at Roy's Auto

I recently had a regrettable experience at Roy's Auto that I feel compelled to share. I initially brought my car in for a few repairs, but the outcome was far from satisfactory. The repair process took an unnecessarily long month, causing significant inconvenience in my daily life. The lack of communication about the delays only added to the frustration.

Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the defroster, which had been in perfect working order, was suddenly malfunctioning. Additionally, the heater, which was working fine before, ceased to function after the repair. It's disheartening to encounter new issues.

To make matters worse, when I addressed these problems with Roy's Auto, I was informed that fixing the newly created issues would cost an additional $300. I find it unreasonable and frustrating that I should be burdened with the cost of repairing problems caused by their service.

Overall, my experience with Roy's Auto was disappointing, marked by post-repair issues, unexpected charges, and an extended repair time. I caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Roy's Auto for car repairs.

Had to wait a little bit for a part to come in not their fault. But once the part came in, everything was great, they did a great job getting the car back to me in a quick fashion. Thanks for them service

Lots of people complain about how long it takes for them to fix your car when you bring it to them but I don't complain about that. It takes as long as it's gonna take to fix whatever the issue is with the vehicle.

Roys is a very, very busy mechanic shop so they have a lot of jobs going on at once. But one thing I can tell you is their prices are about average not at all overpriced and they do really good work even though it takes a little longer than everyone else for you to get your car back. But it's worth it for good work.

SCAM SHOP!!!!

$100 for diagnostic, took 3 days for the diagnostic.

$100 to put the battery in the engine, which i already purchased. so from the front passenger seat into the engine $100.

ran the diagnostic found the a problem allegedly fixed it. and said its something else $100 more dollars for a new diagnostic,

oh your paying with a card 3% card fee and also broke a part on purpose to increase the price.

dont go there!!!!!
