They were great. Very accommodating, did a quick, free inspection on top of just my basic oil change and informed me of anything else that may need to be worked on. Gave me a quote to do it on the spot or later. Very fast and efficient, 10/10 would recommend.

Royal Tech Auto Repair has done a few jobs on my 2007 Acura TL. Each time it was done right and in a timely fashion. Recently the starter motor went that they had replaced before and though it just past the parts warranty period Royal Tech covered it on a goodwill warranty! Good guys over there!!

I called and told him my splash shield was dragging and I needed it repaired or replaced. He told they would look at and I could come in at 9am. Got there at 9 and was told they would check it out in 20minutes. No problem. After they looked it at, I was told they can’t fix and I need to go to a bodyshop. He then asked do I want them to just removed the damaged shield so it’s not dragging. I said yes. 15minutes later I was handed the keys, charged 30bucks for labor and I left. I get in the car and start driving, soon later hear a dragging noise. So they removed a part that wasn’t dragging, and also removed my car grille for reasons I don’t know. That I now have to pay to get put back in. Will never be going back, pretty much payed them to remove the wrong part

Yen did a great & thorough repair job on my car. Very polite when I called and needed service. Checked my vehicle and knew exactly what the problem was. Took my car in on Thursday and several hours later totally repaired and at a very reasonable price. Will use him again and tell others about their great service!!
