This team is the absolute best! Mercedes Benz of Melbourne was charging me $27K (yes you read that correctly!) and Kevin, Brian, and the rest of the team at Ron’s European were able to get it done for a fraction of the cost in a fraction of the time! They care about their customers and about their reputation. I will never take my Benz anywhere else! Thank you Ron’s European!

For years I have taken my Audi Q5 (diesel) to the local Audi dealer for regular service -- yes, expensive but I never had an issue with them. Until the "Add coolant" light came on -- when the coolant reservoir was full! Their estimate to repair: $6,000 (and $350 to diagnose the "problem" -- some cracked plastic lines at the base of the engine). No thanks.
After reading the reviews of Ron's European Auto Service, I took the car there, left it overnight while they diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a leaking filter in the oil pump that cools the engine coolant. Unfortunately, to repair it requires that the engine be disassembled. But at a couple of thousand dollars less than Audi's "estimate", go for it.
It was repaired in two days (!). As instructed, I brought it back in two weeks for a check, during which a minor leak was discovered in the manufacture-supplied pump. Again, the engine had to be disassembled. But here's the absolutely incredible part: not only did they find and report to me the very small issue (which a less-than-honest mechanic shop would let slide), but they said there would be NO CHARGE to me to repair it!! They wanted to ensure that the job they had been paid to do was done perfectly.
It is hard to say enough about the professionalism, the honesty, the courtesy of all who work at Ron's. My Audi has a new friend and will go back there even when the oil needs to be changed.

The team did an Oil change on my 2013 JCW mini copper. Great job. They also fixed a minor issue with the passenger side wiper washer valve. It broke and disconnected the hose hence no fluid was going to wash the windshield. The mechanic found a no cost work around! Amen!! He also that driver side washer bc he noticed the same problem. Blessings on this team for helping me!
