Great experience! Thank you Barrett and your electrical team Carly, Willy and Noel.The electricians arrived at scheduled time,they were professional and polite.Willy also answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease about the procedures they would be doing.They completed the service lines and electrical panel in a timely manor, then verified everything in house was working properly. Plus they cleaned everything up and labeled panel before leaving. I will definitely recommend and use this company again,great value and workmanship!

The installation of the new exhaust fans in our bathrooms was amazing. The staff is professional and provide wonderful customer service. The fans are practically silent!! I had Rivera Electric come to my house to install a Ceiling Fan a few months ago. They came highly rated through Facebook in our community. The fan had a clicking noise when they were finished and they came out on a different day to try and fix it. They said it was an issue with the fan. Not sure if that’s true or not…I still have the issue with the fan to this day? That aside, I decided to give them a call for an issue with my pool breakers not working correctly. A guy came out and said he would order the part. That was on September 30. I let a couple weeks go by before calling them back as I hadn’t heard from them. I’ve called them at least 3 to 4 times and I haven’t even gotten a call back from them. I am not sure why they haven’t called me back, but I will move on to a different electric company. Very unprofessional.

Rivera Electric was recommended to me by several people in Citrus County. And I have to say, I am incredibly happy with their service! I called another company that was going to charge a ridiculous price to install a fan, more than what the new fan cost. I called Rivera Electric, they were prompt, courteous, fantastic price quote (more than 1/2 of what the other one quoted) and was able to install my new fan within a few days. The other one? I had to wait until May. The young man who came today was such a pleasure to have install my new fan. Extremely polite, installed and cleaned up the area with his hands. Such a sweet man! Thank you! I now have my go to company for anything electrical I need done!!
