Went here for an out of state vehicle registration and the staff were incredible. Very supportive and helpful, even advancing my niece’s appointment up to accommodate her and her young children coming in to transfer title.

I've gone here several times to get many things done. Car registration, title questions, driver's license renewals, etc. Each experience has been great. Everyone in the motor vehicle/driver's license departments are very helpful and willing to answer any questions that you may have. I will highly recommend making an appointment though, as they seem to be trying to go by appointment only. If you don't have an appointment, you will just sit there and hope that someone finishes early and they have time for you. No guarantee you'll get seen without an appointment.

When I went during lunch hours, 2 were at the counters and everyone else out to lunch. Watching folks return from lunch..they worked the computers but not the customers waiting. I did notice folks at the desk area just a few having a grand time chatting and laughing, definitely not normal treasury business. Your probably wondering by now how I knew this was all going on. I was a walk in customer waiting my turn and had plenty of time to observe. You still get cudoos for service, it is great..but maybe the ratio helping most folks coming during lunch needs some tweaks.

came in to get my license plate and title switched over from out of state, very helpful. never had such a fantastic experience dealing with titles and license plates. very knowledgeable and helpful. in and out in 30 minutes, including the time spent waiting in line, couldn't ask for better.

Lauren was extremely helpful, as was her supervisor (can't recall the name) and Carol was also pleasant to deal with.
