We had a great experience using RICS Electric's service. Vilmos was very professional, efficient and sincere. We had a bunch of issues with our light, fan switches and smoke detectors. And he managed to trouble shoot and fix them under just a couple of hours. Also, he gave us his honest opinion that we should switch out the old fan in the bathroom ourselves, since no electrician work is required there. This is our first time engaging RICS and we are very satisfied with the work. We will definitely choose RICS again. Highly recommended.

We chose RICS after reading so many positive reviews and we were not disappointed. All the employees involved with our project were friendly and professional. Josh was attentive and made detailed notes when writing up the estimate for our job which included replacing lighting, adding new outlets, and additional lighting inside and outside. Vilmos was punctual and answered all our questions. He and his apprentice, Lauren, did amazing work and cleaned up after. Reasonable rates and exceptional results….if we have any electrical needs in the future, we won’t hesitate to call RICS again.

The technician who came out was on time and very quick to listen. The issue I had was with a Tesla charger displaying a code. After an hour of searching for the problem, he didn't find anything. However, he did tighten the outlet's screws, which I think may have been the problem because it hasn't happened again since. Thank you for the help and the fair cost.

We had a networked smoke detector that was going off about every two hours. We had tried all the logical stuff, like replacing the batteries, etc. We called and made an appointment with RICS Electric.

Vilmos, from RICS Electric, was here as scheduled. He was courteous, professional, and explained his troubleshooting plan.

He discovered that one of the smoke alarms was not working correctly and that he would need to get us a new smoke detector and he would be back. Which is what he did.

After installing the new, networked, smoke detector, he told us he would check back with us to make sure everything was working OK and he left us his phone number if the new smoke detector didn't fix the problem.

The new smoke detector did, in fact, fix the problem and Vilmos did reach out to us to be sure the issue was fixed.

Vilmos is brilliant! He consistently did what he said he was going to do. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

We reached out to ricks, and they sent someone out the next morning at 7:30 AM to replace 4 ballast in 2 light fixtures that went out. We're a physical therapy center and it's very important to have great lighting and with the speedy service we back to being bright in the office in no time. Most companies we work with aren't able to get someone in until later in the day, this was great they got us first thing in the morning. I highly recommend for your business and your home services.

This review is long overdue. Over the past two years I have asked Ric’s Electric multiple times to do work at my home. Some jobs were simple; some not so simple. Ryan was a solid electrical pro! I had some trouble installing a dimmer switch in 40 year old outlet box that was surrounded by cylinder block and stucco. The wires inside were a tangled mess but Ryan figured it out fast, removed 2 ceiling fans and installed 2 light fixtures and installed a dimmer switch in under 2 hrs. It was a big relief to get done, he also taught me some novice electrical stuff on how to install a light switch and have it activate a plug-in outlet. Very cool!
