TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! AWFUL AT GETTING BACK TO THER CLIENTS!!!!! I have been calling them for the past 2 weeks, two times a day on behalf of my boss because he had already been calling for a month. He received a notice of violation over his expired permit because the contactors at Rack Electric were supposed to have taken care of it, but nothing. They did not contact us back. Every time I call, I explain the situation, give them all my contact information and every single representative that answers the call, gives me the same answer: Someone from the permit department will call you back...... A MONTH and NO CALL BACK at it!!!! It's crazy! He needs to renew his permit before the 90 days mark and its been 30 days!!! 30 DAY OF CALLING THEM NONSTOP AND NOTHING!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible service. As soon as I paid the deposit everything changed. To date, my order has not been completed. It is already 4 months late, and I have to repeatedly call and email to receive responses with weeks or months in between a simple response. They stole my deposit. No idea how they planted so many fake reviews on here because they are total scam.

Horrible organization. Horrible service. Purchased a generator in January of this year and it’s October 9 and it’s still not installed and functioning. Hurricane coming tomorrow. Waiting 10 months and I still don’t have a generator. Avoid this organization at all costs.

My experience with PowerOn has been extremely positive. Alejandro helped me through the permitting process working directly with my engineer to facilitate the permitting process to get my generator installed. The professionalism of everyone at PowerOn is what I believe makes this company standout.
