Thank goodness for these guys! Great mechanics, they communicate with you early and often about your vehicle, provide options, and fair pricing of repairs. They really work hard at providing great service to their customers. They've worked on my car three separate times/repairs- I will not go anywhere else.

If I could leave 1000000/10 stars I would.
I can't even leave a worthy enough review for Bill. After 9 months waiting for BMW USA to come for a solution on a recall. I was told that there was a solution. So I went on Yelp and got contacted by Bill.
07/27 2:43pm. I sent the request on Yelp.
07/28 3:33pm. I was contacted by Bill with a couple of questions about my car.
07/28 12 10:43pm. I got an answer from Bill with an estimate. Which for me was very good.
07/29 10:42am. After contacting several towing company. I messaged Bill and got me a tow truck for almost half the price I was being estimated for.
07/29. In the afternoon a tow truck was picking up my car. Also a very nice person to deal with.
07/31 2:57pm. I got a call from Bill that my car was ready.
My car was parked for 9 months due to a recall from BMW, about faulty motor mounts. In two days Bill at Proficiency Automotive solve a problem, that I'm still waiting for BMW USA to solved.
The Proficiency Automotive name really stand for their service. Honesty, Reliability and very professional. Even though I live in Rehoboth Beach, I've found my auto mechanic in Millsboro. I can't thank you enough Proficiency Automotive and Bill.
Oh also on Friday 08/02. I got a follow up call from Bill, to see how my car was running. Thanks Bill

Bill was such a huge help. Car broke down on a Sunday and even though the shop was closed, he was able to get my car towed the same day. Diagnosed it the next day. Great communication and understanding every step of the way.

I can't even leave a worthy enough review for Bill. We found ourselves in a bad situation when our car broke down on vacation, on the side of the road the day before leaving. We called half a dozen other shops before contacting Bill, all who didn't have time or the interest in helping us. Bill immediately was willing to do whatever he could to help us even when we were calling at closing time. He quickly gave us a super reasonable quote, offered to help get us towing if needed and kept in touch til our car was safely at his shop. All for people he doesn't know nor were previous clients. Our car was repaired, excellently I might add, by 945 the next morning! He single handedly changed the course of our vacation by helping us out regardless what he had going. Come to find out he just had surgery he was dealing with. He even followed up to make sure we made it home safe! This is the guy you want on your side and other shops should take a lesson from. Best service I ever had. I'm almost wanting to drive 3 hours to take my car to him! Amazing character, honest, reasonable and excellent work.
If your not going to him already, you need to! Thanks Bill for everything!

My wife and I recently moved to Millsboro and I had a brake leak and looked up repair shops in the area, I read the reviews and called and spoke to Bill the owner and set an appointment. I cannot say enough great things about how I was treated to the repair that was performed. Fair price and first class service! Will be going back for routine maintenance for both my and my wife's service in the future!! Highly recommend!!
