My truck ended up needing a transmission, Weighing the options I had, I went with a used one from the bone yard. It only had 63 thousand miles, my 2005 Chevy PU only has 91 thousand miles on it. The guys gave me a fair price on the parts and labor. I picked up my truck the day after Hurricane Milton came through, I waited until January 22nd to write a review, and I will say the truck drives and shifts the same as a new one. I will be taking my truck back for service when needed. They did a great job for me.

Truly honest people. Very good price. My transmission case broke and normally i would have had to pay for the whole core, but they went out of their way to find a transmission case for me so i wouldn't have to pay the full core. nobody does that, they didn't have to, but they did and that speaks volumes. they were also just plain good honest people, everyone that works there.

If you need a place to take your vehicle for transmission needs this is the place you need to go. I took my truck there to have its transmission replaced and now it's running GREAT! Ivan and his crew are very professional and informative, if it's something they don't specialize in they will point you in the right direction!!

I don't care what anybody says about that place help me out when I got sold the transmission that was supposedly rebuilt and wasn't and he gave me a free estimate and looked at my transmission and told me what the problem was for free he'll help anyone out and do them right so you have transmission problems that's the man you need to take it to

Took my 96 Chevy 3500 truck to Pro Power for front end work. Steering wheel had 5 to 6 inches of play. While working on my truck I was called saying my water pump was leaking. Told them to replace it. Then the tec told me there was an engine problem. I told them they were to fix the front end. That's all. After a couple weeks they called to say my truck was ready. Picked up my truck and on the way home noticed I still had 2 inches of play . Got home and noticed a puddle under my truck. They said bring it back in. Water coming from drivers side back of radiator. At this point I have paid just under 6500.00 . They told me the problem was the radiator needed to be replaced. The one that is in the truck was 5 years old. Heavy duty triple core. I told them I was coming down to look at the radiator. When I got there I was shown 2 inches of a 3/4 inch nipple galvanized. I asked to see the radiator but was told it was already sent out for core. I reluctantly told them to replace it. 2 days later I picked up my truck. Did some small trips around and then drove to Tampa for Dr appt. The truck was overheating and when I came to a stop from the fwy the oil pressure gauge went down so low it triggered the check engine dash light. Got the truck back home with it still overheating. Went up to 235 degrees . I have a 190 t stat in the truck. Took it back again. They ran a pressure test and told me I had a leak in my intake manifold. I got down there to see for myself and was shown a bit of water at the front part of engine. The day before I was told the leak was in the back of the manifold. I left there and went to another mechanic I had met to arrange to bring my truck in. Pressure test was done and there was no leak in my engine anywhere. I can only believe the water I was looking at on the front of my engine was put there. He found my heavy duty fan clutch had gone out. I paid Pro Power almost 7000 $ and my steering is still loose , I paid for a radiator I'm sure was overtightened but was not allowed to see the radiator. Then told my manifold was leaking when it was not. I have been driving my truck for about a month after proper repairs were done without any more trouble. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Pro Power Transmission for any repairs.

Genuine owner. Reminded me of my families business back home in p.c. fl. I just wish I could get my truck paid to get it home .lol but they are fair and decent all around folks .
