After a 3 day maiden journey from Sardinia stopped at Palma with water leaking out of pipes , called them they came out right away, without replacing any parts found leak and reason ( lots of old impeller parts blocking the heat exchanger) Cleaned and flushed though, check for the rest of the Yanmar engine and test it . Felt so much better after his visit. Palma is very luck to have them. Thank you Ertan Beskardes

Waited 9 days for a reply even after giving them the engine model number off of the engine block. Was then told that they needed the serial number. It took three minutes to find the parts catalog myself online. Lazy lazy Spanish mentality.
