There turning into Duke Energy, Rude and no compassion there 55.00 fee is appalling.. they need better customer service and to stop talking to customers like there above them.

Not sure how they can disconnect and charge a fee when we have a 400.00 deposit and it's not over a month due..

The deposit is a guarantee they'll get there money.

Many thanks to the team of electricians that responded to my call for help tonight. I arrived at my house in Smithboro Community and found no electricity which meant no air conditioner on this extremely hot day!
These men worked until they had a temporary fix and in the morning they will return and find the problem and do a permanent fix! Before they left, they checked to be sure I had lights and air conditioning in good working order. These men went above and beyond for me tonight! Thank you very much!!
